Hello lovers!

It's so crazy that it's only been a year and a half since Steven and I started writing songs together because we're quickly approaching the 100-song mark.

Because we have so much music to share, we've been looking for places where we can share more than a handful of songs. We had a great time playing Suburban Tap, Waller's Coffee Shop and the private DC9 event over the past few weeks.

Up next:

May 19 from 2-5pm: Love Your Neighbor - Sautee, GA (FREE)

We're the featured entertainers at the Love Your Neighbor free business networking event this Sunday at the Sautee Nacoochee Center (283 Highway 255 North, Sautee Nacoochee, Georgia 30571).

Come for the art, networking and to grill local Republican and Democratic candidates at 1pm and then settle into a camp chair on the lawn in front of Community Hall and enjoy a superset of loungecore Americana with us from 2-5 pm.

May 27 from 7:30 pm: Eddie's Attic Songwriter Open Mic - Decatur, GA

If you prefer to stay intown, we'll be competing in the famous Songwriter's Open Mic at Eddie's Attic on May 27. Show starts around 7:30pm, and you'll want to be there from the beginning because this showcase attracts some of the best singer/songwriters in the city. No joke, this is where talents like John Mayer and Jennifer Nettles got their start.

We only get two songs to show our stuff -- unless we show strongly as an audience choice winner or judges' favorite. If we win the shootout, we'll get to play a third song and get invited back to play a longer set. So come out and hoot 'n' holler for us! It'll be great to have friends in the crowd.

After this we want to get back in the studio and focus on recording more music again. We've got favorites like Lavender that we've never recorded as well as new songs that feel like instant classics. If you want to feel the full range of our creative output, the Love Your Neighbor event will be a great time to catch us because it gives us three hours to play some of our favorites.
